PINEY POINT

Piney Point is a refined outdoor environment centered around symmetry, restraint, and spatial clarity. Anchored by a formal pool composition with integrated water features, the design balances strong architectural geometry with layered planting and softened landscape edges to create a space that feels both structured and serene.
Tall evergreen screening establishes privacy and vertical rhythm along the perimeter, while the restrained material palette allows the architecture, water, and landscape to work together as a unified composition. Broad paving surfaces, carefully framed sightlines, and integrated lounge areas reinforce a sense of openness and calm throughout the property.
The project was developed as a complete outdoor living environment — combining pool design, hardscape, planting, lighting, and site coordination into a cohesive experience designed for both everyday use and large-scale entertaining.
LILLARD

Lillard is a contemporary outdoor environment designed around simplicity, layering, and livability. The project balances clean architectural geometry with softened planting and natural textures to create a space that feels refined without becoming overly formal.
A linear pool composition anchors the site, paired with elevated water features and an integrated spa that establish both visual structure and ambient movement throughout the landscape. Broad paving patterns and restrained material transitions create clarity and openness, while layered planting introduces seasonal color, privacy, and depth around the perimeter.
The landscape was designed to function as a complete outdoor living environment — blending pool design, hardscape, planting, and spatial planning into a cohesive experience equally suited for quiet daily use and large-scale gathering. The result is a landscape that feels calm, intentional, and deeply connected to the architecture surrounding it.
FLINTDALE

Flintdale explores the relationship between architecture, landscape, and open space through a restrained, site-driven composition. Developed as a modern estate concept, the project uses clean geometric forms, structured planting, and carefully framed circulation to create a landscape that feels calm, expansive, and deeply integrated with the architecture.
The site plan emphasizes spatial hierarchy and procession — guiding movement from the arrival sequence through a series of interconnected outdoor environments anchored by water, lawn, and architectural massing. Broad open spaces are balanced by perimeter tree canopies and layered planting, creating privacy and softness without losing the clarity of the overall composition.
Rather than relying on ornamental excess, the design focuses on proportion, rhythm, and long-term spatial experience. Every element — from the pool geometry and axial relationships to the placement of trees and paving — was considered as part of a unified environmental composition intended to feel timeless, restrained, and highly livable.
MARCHMONT

Marchmont is a study in arrival, proportion, and architectural continuity — a landscape designed to reinforce the scale and permanence of the estate it surrounds. Framed by mature pines and layered planting, the project balances formal structure with softened natural edges to create an environment that feels both established and understated.
The design emphasizes long sightlines, restrained planting composition, and carefully controlled spatial rhythm. Broad lawns, clipped hedging, and layered understory planting work together to frame the architecture without overwhelming it, allowing the residence itself to remain the focal point of the composition.
Rather than relying on ornamental excess, Marchmont focuses on clarity, balance, and long-term presence. Every element — from the approach sequence and planting hierarchy to the relationship between open lawn and wooded perimeter — was developed to create a landscape that feels timeless, grounded, and deeply connected to the character of the site.

TANGLEWOOD

Frandora is a contemporary courtyard landscape organized around clarity, symmetry, and outdoor livability. Centered on a rectilinear pool and integrated spa composition, the design uses strong geometric relationships and restrained material transitions to create a space that feels calm, ordered, and highly functional.
Broad lawn panels and linear stepping paths establish a clear spatial rhythm across the site, while perimeter screening and elevated planting beds introduce privacy, texture, and softness around the architectural framework. The arrangement of gathering spaces, lounge areas, and circulation paths was carefully considered to balance openness with intimacy, allowing the landscape to support both quiet daily use and larger social gatherings.
Though minimalist in expression, the project focuses heavily on proportion, movement, and long-term usability — creating an outdoor environment that feels refined, effortless, and deeply connected to the structure and lifestyle surrounding it.
CHAPEL HILL

Chapel Hill is a compact landscape study focused on material contrast, simplicity, and connection to the natural site. Designed as a quiet garden intervention, the project uses restrained geometry, layered planting, and organic stone placement to create a space that feels both structured and relaxed.
Warm wood decking establishes a clear architectural edge while soft planting and natural boulder groupings help transition the composition into the surrounding landscape. Succulents and drought-tolerant plant material introduce sculptural texture and rhythm, balancing the linear forms of the hardscape with a more naturalized character.
Though modest in scale, the project emphasizes spatial clarity and atmosphere — demonstrating how careful material selection, planting composition, and proportion can transform a small outdoor space into an environment that feels calm, intentional, and deeply connected to its setting.
WROXTON

Wroxton is a residential landscape centered around warmth, softness, and curb appeal — designed to create a strong sense of arrival while maintaining a natural, welcoming character. The composition uses layered planting, flowing bed lines, and seasonal color to frame the architecture and establish a landscape that feels mature, balanced, and deeply connected to the home.
The design emphasizes texture and planting diversity, combining ornamental grasses, flowering perennials, evergreen structure, and canopy trees to create year-round visual interest and depth. Curving planting beds soften the geometry of the lawn and walkways, while the central approach sequence guides movement naturally toward the residence.
Rather than relying on rigid formality, Wroxton focuses on atmosphere and livability — creating a front landscape that feels established, vibrant, and effortlessly integrated with the surrounding environment.
